In a situation that had been driving me crazy for months, I called Pioneer Doors and Rachel quickly helped me schedule an appointment. They called my husband the day before to verify the time was still good. The calendar request I had sent him put his phone to silent, but after the tech couldn't get ahold of him the office called. They came out within 45 minutes I have a working garage door with proper seal and a garage door opener that works for the first time in 2 years. I couldn't be more impressed with their service and business. WELL DONE! My husband didn't get the service guys name but just so impressed.

I am very happy and impressed with the work, response time and kindness of Pioneer Door! Bryan from Pioneer Door was at my house within 20 min of my call to get my garage door closed (in the cold temps), and work to fix the issue. He also provided some tips of how to best keep my door functioning throughout the winter with motor oil and lube. I am grateful for Pioneer Door inc. and their services!

Went into Pioneer for some garage door springs. Their price was just a tad bit higher than what I could have purchased online with free shipping, but the extra cost was worth not having to wait a week. They were very helpful. Explained how to install the springs and everything. I had done my own research ahead of time, so I knew what to do. The fact they made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable going into it, makes them that much better. Thanks again Pioneer! Will keep my business with you & only you!

Worked with this company for years. Great team, attentive, caring, and reasonable. Only bummer in today’s manufacturing world, a lot of materials are delayed for overhead doors.
